Anyways, now that you mention your name is Soumya, I can see why someone would call you a princess. 😆 It is more commonly found among females.

This is a cool topic ..it reminds me of a story ...I have a friend who didn't tell people in the forum that he is a guy for 1st 6 months after he joined ...when I joined IF i used to hear about his mischiefs ...when he became my good friend I asked him one day "why did u hide ur identity "..He told me "arre Koeli , agar main usko pahle batata tab itne saare ladkian ki hugs or kisses ke badle mein mujhe chappals milta" ...."I should make most use of it "😆 .....
There is a story of mine too...My previous ID was named after our dog my parents still have ....and newbies sometimes mistook me for a guy ....One day i opened a Antakshari thread ..a newbie came and was playing it all wrong ..so i told her how to play right, in one of the posts ...pop came a PM ...that girl asking me "I don't know how to play the game will u teach me " with several blushing , daydreaming emos!!!!!!!!!!!!!.........I was like what the .......??????...I replied politely "Listen , the rules r in the front page and I think u mistook me for a boy ..but unfortuantely I am a girl"....I never saw that girl's ID in the forum again forget about the reply !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😕

I was not aware that Madhuri's character in Beta was called Souro. But anyways, you can say that it's kinda portmanteau of my real name 'Soumya Roy'. Unfortunately even my real name is a feminine one. So, in the recent incident even though I wrote 'Regards, Soumya' when I mailed him the questionnaire, he still thought I'm a girl or rather in his words a 'princess'. 😆
