Ram talks to the viewer and says these are the last two days here. He introduces that the mother-in-laws are coming to see Rakhi.
House:
Ram tells the boy your upset because you have not eaten. He wants them to eat with then, and he tells them that Rakhi is fasting for them. She won't eat until the moon comes (Carva Chod), and Luv says he won't eat either. Elesh admits to have eaten because he did not know it was fasting day! 😆 All the other boys agree to keep a fast too. 😲 (I wouldn't! 🤣) Ram informs the boy that their moms are coming today. He also eats infront of them because his wife is not keeping any fast! 😆
Ram greets each mother and tells them good things about their son. The moms go in and get a warm welcome from their sons! 😃 Elesh is upset that no one could come from his family because of his sister's wedding! 😭 (This part made me almost cry too! ) Ram calls Rakhi to meet the moms. Rakhi touches the feet of each mother. Ram tells the boys to show their moms around, and Rakhi will personally come and meet with each of them. Elesh is called up. Ram says that you all notice that his family is not here, and he got emotional. He asks Elesh to say a message to his family, but he's really emotional to say anything big! (Elesh gave a nice message off camera!)
Manmohan and his mom are first to meet Rahki. The mom explains how they wear their palla, and Rakhi says that even though I am modern, I am Indian at heart. His mom explains in front of older men, you remain completely covered with your palla. Rakhi asks that do you accept me at your bahu, and his mom says yes. She explains to Rakhi that in our family you listen to your in laws, and she explains their household rules. She tells Rakhi that I know you life your like differently, but you have to change to our way of living because you marry not only the man but his family too. Rakhi agrees to all this! She tells Rakhi that they make masalas from a rock, and Rakhi says she'll make it that way too! 😆 His mom brought prasad and Ganga-jal! 😲 His mom says that I know your non-veg, but we are not. Rakhi says I'll be veg! His mom says you have to leave your Bombay life, and Rakhi says she loves her career. His mom says that you have to cook for us, take care of us, and live with us. Rakhi is kind of silent after hearing this, and his mother says that it's a matter of our self-respect. Rakhi understand. His mom tells Manmohan that you need to discuss everything clearly. Rakhi says she's five years older than him, and his mom doesn't have a big problem with that. His mom says that Manmohan lied and told her he went to a show. Rakhi promises her that it's not a show; it's a wedding. He promises his mom that he will love and cherish her forever if she married him and adjusts to all our rules. Rakhi likes his mom's honesty, and Ram interrupts their meeting and said that you have to meet others too. His mother requests to meet alone at the end. (Rakhi says that she really started to like Manmohan and loving him, and then now his mom tells her the truth that he was using her.)
Manas and his mom are next, and Rakhi says she's nervous. She asked if Manas told you about coming here, and his mom says she knew the whole time. (Rakhi's happy that he was honest about everything.) She expresses to his mom about the age difference and asks her for an opinion. (His mom says that he's mature for his age. His father has bypass surgery when he was in 10th grade.) She sings for Rakhi, and Manas looks kind of embarassed! 😆 Rakhi and his mom bond and joke around. She tells his mom that she can cook and that she won't leave her work. His mom says we will have to adjust to each other over time! She says that Manas will also make public appearances with you too. (Mom says that no one is really bad in the industry...just their images.) His mom tells her their traditions. She has to go to mandir with them, and Rakhi says she prays to Jesus. His mom says that she goes to Gudhwara, and she's Hindu. She brought her chocolates, and they look at pictures. Rakhi doesn't want to leave, but she has to meet other moms. (Manas says he got jealous of how well Rakhi and his mom bonded! 😆)
Luv's mom is next, and she asks what Rakhi eats. She says she's non-veg and his mom is veg, and she says that she's fine with Rakhi eating meat. Rakhi says she'll leave it, and she wants to know if she's fine with her working. (She find his mom sweet.) Her mom says it's great! (His mom says that long hours don't bother her.) She tells his mom what she can cook, and she will honestly what she can't cook. Luv brags about him keeping a fast. (Rakhi really loves his mom and her cuteness!) His mom just says that our family doesn't need to be in ill light, and Rakhi agrees. Rakhi asks her what ticks her in Luv, and she says Luv is stubborn. She tells his mom that she prays to Jesus, and she says God is God! 😃 She gave her a Ganesh-ji mutri and sona ki kangan! 😃 (She was impressed with his mom!) She leaves for the next mom.
Chittiz and his mom are the final mom. He explains to Rakhi that his mom had a brain clot that has impaired her speech. (Rakhi says how she feels bad about this.) Mom and Chittiz are fine with her working, but Chittiz says that will you be able to take care of my mom with bhabhi? She assures him she will, and she'll take her mom-in-law with her. Rakhi wants to meet with everyone in his family and friends. He explains that him and his brother live together and his mom wants it that way. Rakhi says that it's totally fine, and Chittiz says he's happy to be with her and so does mom. His mom brought food for Rakhi, and Rakhi says she's fasting. Chittiz says he is too and everyone. His mom asks do you accept me as your mom? She says yes. She leaves.
Night
Ram meets with Rakhi and the boys. They all see the moon to break their vraat. They all break their vraats by getting fed from their moms. Luv stopped his mom from feeding and tells him to feed Rakhi first. (Manas gets mad at this.) Luv kisses her AGAIN! 😡 (Manmohan gets mad at this because Luv is being disrespectful.) (Manas says that he's was being selfish and inconsiderate. Rakhi fed Manas a HUGE ladoo! 😆 Rakhi feed ladoo from his mom's side and Rakhi! 😆 (She wants Elesh to feel even though that his family is not here, she is! 😳) (This part made me tear up again! 😆) Some ladies dance with a fire matka on their head! 👏 A little girl dances to Rakhi's song "Dekhta Hai Tu Kya". (It was so cute! 😆) Manas and his mom start dancing and Rakhi and Manmohan come too. Chittiz stands in the back with his mom, and Luv does too. (Rakhi really loved dancing with Manas's mom.) Ram talks some blah blah to them! 😆
All the mother's leave. (Manas and Manmohan are still mad at Luv.)
