Prem's love for Heer more important than Chahat?

For the sake of discussion....I wanted to see everyone's viewpoint on this: 😊

While watching yesterday's episode, my heart breaking at a defeated Prem reeling from the effects of Heer's verbal attack ....a thought came into my mind.

Poor Prem, ripped to shreds -intentionally- by Heer. The reasons why Heer did this doesnt matter. I personally believe she was faking. But nevertheless, poor Prem. 😭

Then I wondered, is Prem's love for Heer more important than Chahat? 6 years ago, he decided to walk away and wait for Heer, because he respected her need to stay away from him. It was his love for Heer that forced him to accept her heart-rending request and not follow her. But now, 6 years later...it's a different matter.

Now its not just about Heer. Its about his daughter. Isnt his duty, his responsibility as a parent equally as important as his love for Heer? Shouldnt this very point, therefore justify why he shouldnt stay away? 🤔

I know this is Prem we are talking about....Prem, who sees, hears, breathes nothing but Heer. But now his daughter is in the picture...Chahat Prem Juneja. A symbol of Premeer's love. ❤️ The shadow of both Prem and Heer. Symbolic of everything Prem and Heer ever lived for, ever stood for. Love. 😳 😍

IMHO: Prem has always been someone who lives only for the people around him. This is why the past 6 years he has submerged himself into reclusive nothingness! Because for the first time, he doesnt think he is worthy to live for the people he loves. He has fallen in his own esteem. Prem Juneja. The epitome of righteousness. Flawed. (N.B. Kill Ash 😡)

Prem Juneja. The ever self-sacrificing. He sacrificed himself for Heer, for his family, for the people he loves. Will he now sacrifice himself for his daughter? But then, doesnt everything he ever stood for come down to this very moment? His responsibility towards his daughter. His right to be a part of her life?

So what now? What happens when Chahat is in the picture? How will he deal with this? 🤔

Will he, for the sake of his love, once again sacrifice himself? Sacrifice Chahat? Sacrifice her right to a father? Sacrifice her right to love?

Thoughts? 😳

ummm Prem did not leave because of Heer ... he left because Heer threatened to tell Chahat everything that Prem did and that would have only hurt both Chahat and Prem ... the sort of man Prem is he would never want his daughter to have a bad image of him or know of the one time mistake he made ... so i don't see how he faltered in his responsibility to his child .... he does not want chahat to hate her father so he left

bechara prem..what can he do??Heer has left him no choice..I know Heer is faking it but hope creatives show Heer's POV soon before I loose my patience..my heart cries for the poor guy..

Don't worry , I think prem will go back to Delhi soon.this time for chahaat only.I think He will be fed up of his mother fixing his marriage and in party he may blast over gy3 and just leave them.Lallu , preet and Harman will persuade him to bring chahaat back or atleast be with heer and chahaat as shadow.May be Kulraj's sibling will help prem .But one thing i am 100% sure that he will be back to delhi soon else whats the use of showing heer changing a new home.

honestly, i did'nt like his decision to leave. I wanted him to stay back and convince Heer. But i wont say his decision to leave Heer is wrong. Neither Prem nor Heer is wrong. The circumstances now is such that Heer is unable to understand that whethere she should forgive Prem for that what he did 6 yrs ago as now the question is abt thier daughter's life too and not just hers. Prem on the other side, believes and wants Heer to stay happy and for that matter he does'nt mind staying away from her too.

But the ultimate loss is for Chahath as she has to stay a life where she gets mothers love and affection but is unable to see what a father means to one's life. After seeing y'day's epi am totally heart broken🥺 as we know this decision is not gonna make neither Heer happy nor Prem

Me too 😭 He's lost his love and now his daughter. How much more can he take?

i think he left becoz he himself is very much guilt ridden and feels defeated in life he is not in his right senses now and also by seeing heer's condition he's very much broken and every family members have ignored him and top of that heer threatened him to say everything to chahat so he left i think first he has to come out of his guilt and fight like before for his right.

At the moment I'm not really considering Heer, because we havent seen enough of her POV. I still think she's faking, so I'm going to take everything she says and does with a pinch of salt until we get a proper insight into her thoughts and feelings!

But as for Prem...I agree, he's not wrong. But he's in the worst possible situation. He's being tested and trialed at every angle! Heer is to an extent testing him. Its like on one hand, his punishment is to stay away and be unhappy - which he is willing to be. But this was before he knew about Chahat. Now he knows about Chahat, will he come out of "exile" ....refuse to leave Heer and refuse to let their problems affect his daughter?
