15th July Written Update

Lali is sitting in a mandir and some old lady asks her to comtemplate and then decide what to do. Lali is asking God what to do. She sees Shekhar in her mind and decides to return to the house after much thinking.

HAVELI

Shekhar is upset and wondering whether he should still stay silent, knowing that Lali's family is in danger. He goes to his room. Sidd is taking chai for him and asks him what's wrong? Shekhar tells her he cannot live without her.

Dai and Rannvijay are talking about Lali's family being in danger because of the Thakur. He wonders whether Lali will come back to the haveli. Dai agrees. She says Balli and his men will definitely bring her back even if by blackmail. Nandini walks in and Rannvijay rudely asks her to leave. She asks him fo rmoney. He gives it to her and tells her to get lost. She goes. He again asks dai what to do. Dai tells him to do something before lali shows up and ruins everyhting. He is thinking...

Shekahr goes to his mother and drags her to the mandir. He tells her to take back the kasam that she made him take. Shekhar cannot take it anymore and does not want Lali's life to be ruined because of him. He says if you want to see me alive, let me go and tell Thakur the truth that lali is not pregnant. kaushalya disagrees. They argue for a long while (boohoo) Shekhar is almost in teras and bows down in front of his mother. He asks her to stop expecting this untruthful life from him. She ashirwads him and agrees.

In the main living room, Thakur asks one of th servants if anyone called.When hearing that noone did, her asks the servant to check if the phone is working right. He wonders why Balli has not called yet. Rannvijay and Dai are also in the living room. RV (Rannvijay) tries to instigate Thakur to stop siding with balli and let him go and look for lali. Thakur thinks that the suggestion is not bad and when he wants to go. RV says why not now. And Thakur tells him to go and kill her family members so that Lali comes out of her hidey-hole. He tells RV not to hurt Lali and work carefully. Shekhar stops them. He says that you should not kill Lali's family. Everyone comes in the living room. Thakur says but you know that I need her, so do you have a better way to get her back? Shekhar says I do.

We should not do anything. Thakur says you think she will come back herself? Why shouldn't RV go and look for her? Shekhar says Lali is not needed here. He says I have not even touched Lali. Everyone is shocked. Thakur is scandalized. Shekhar continues that she is not preganant either. Thakur is dumbfounded. He goes to the tub of water and puts his head in...(is he crazy???) Finally he takes it out (what was th epoint of this?????) He asks Shekhar why did you do that? Shekhar says I will repay you for your hurt. thakur says how? Shekhar holds the gun to his head. He says I will kill myself. Since you felt so bad....You never thought what you did was wrong. You made all the decisions and then tried to force them on me. Kaushalya yell sand tries to stop Shekhar but he stops her. Grandpa comes and lectures Thakur...GOD. (Shekhar either shoot yourself or let the gun go. You are taking way too long)

Thakur goes to Shekhar and tells him to pull the trigger. Suddenly, Lali walks in the courtyard of the haveli. (HALLELUJAH, SISTAH!) . She then walks in the living room. Everyone is SHOCKED.

END

TOMORROW

Shekhar comes to Lali and asks her why she came back?? She says I am only your daasi (slave) now. You can do what you wish with me. And we see her breaking her bangles, agetting rid of her mangalsutr and her sindoor. Shekhar is shocked.

Thank God! Just when I was getting frustrated with the pace of the storyline, we finally see it moving forward. Now that the ball is in Shekhar's court, let's see what he does. I hope we don't see a track where he runs from the haveli and then gets bought by a brothel and then gets sold by his parents and then becomes a daasi only to end up back at the haveli
