Lalaji insisted on the marriage taking place at the decided time even though he had a mild heart attack. Chandni and Raj did not tell him that they are in love because they are afraid that he'll not be able to take it. Choti ma asks them to run away, but Raj says that the old Raj would have done it, but after meeting Chandni he cannot do it. and that he also loves her family and doesnt want to break their trust. He tells Chandni that he'll definitely come back and that she should wait for him. He goes home and tells GM also that he intends to make Chandni his own. and GM gives him her blessing. The episode ended with Chandni getting dressed for the wedding and waiting for Raj.
