Yash Raj Films to Launch New Female Face

Like they launched Anushka Sharma with RNBDJ, Yash Raj Films is set to launch one more female face Shazahn Padamsee alongside Ranbir Kapoor with yet to be named venture to be directed by Shimit Amin. The director claim to fame with his last film Chak De India with YRF productions.

She is a daughter of renowned theatre personality Alque Padmasee and pop singer Sharon Prabhakar. The girl has already walked the ramp before and acted in dad Alque Padmasee's play Unspoken Dialogues. To grab the role Shazahn gone through auditions conducted by YRF. Previously it was assumed that Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan will act together in the film. But according to reports only Ranbir has been signed for the movie.
