July 1^st 2009 Written Update

Nikhil's dad is furious seeing Jhanvi jumping about playing hopscotch. He yells at her for ruining this house's reputation and asks what sort of values her parents have given her. She retorts back at him that he is being unjust. Suman takes her inside and tells her that this is not the proper way to speak, but Jhanvi replies that she will do anything it takes to seek out justice even if it means breaking the customs and rituals and going against Nikhil's dad.

Yuvraj is leaving the house when Rasik catches him and tells him that in his court hearing to make sure he blames the whole thing on Pavitra. Saras and Niyati see the two of them together while Rasik runs off. The 2 of them proceed to give Yuvraj a huge lecture on how they knew he never changed, and this and that about how terrible he is.

Akash buys Payal a new necklace, while Gauri watches on with tears in her eyes. Akash leaves to get the car, and Payal gives Gauri a few words of advice. She tells her that the mangulsutra on Gauri's neck does not mean anything since this wedding happened against Akash's wishes, and that the necklace Akash gifted her instead is a token of his love to Payal.

Savitri calls Gauri and asks how things are. Gauri says everything is fine quickly and acts as if she can no longer hear her and hangs up. Savitri is still worried for her, but Saras assures her.

A pooja is going on in Nikhil's house, and Suman asks Jhanvi to get wheat from the storeroom and hands her a set of keys. On her way back, Jhanvi notices the locked room nearby and decides that this is the perfect chance to find out what's behind it.

Comments: Saras was just UNBEARABLE. I don't know why Yuvraj even gives her the time of day anymore. And the way she was assuring Savitri about Gauri makes it seem as if all the betiyaan have had blissful honeymoons. Gauri on the other hand really has no shame to follow around Akash and Payal; if she has nothing better to do she might as well head back to the hotel rather than watch what Akash is doing. Jhanvi of course couldn't find any better time than in the middle of a puja to open the door…

Totally agree, the creatives of this show are DUMB. Gauri has no self respect and is spine less.

Thank you yaar........as usual Gauri just stood there "motionlesss". I thought Payal was a positive character lekin yeh toh jale par namak chidak rahi hai. I don't understand why Gauri loves that scumbag either way. She should be hating him and his mere presence. She should detest everything about him, but no.......humari Gauri kitna kuch bardaast kar sakti hai. 🤢 Wasn't Karan's mom locked up behind a door too? Which means that the creatives are using the same old track twice???????? I think that Jhanvi's Sasu Maa tried to change Thakur's ways and that's why he locked her inside. Maybe after she's out and about, Jhanvi and Thakurain can mend that orthodoxic moron. As for Saras, never liked her character, so I won't start now. Yuvraaj should just tell her that he was the one who donated the kidney. Maybe the, Saras will shut up with her lectures.

There is no point discussing this show anymore....it's useless, worthless, stuid, dumb.............but I still go thru the updates ..........becasue I'm addicted t soaps i guess.............otherwise...if you ask me...............this is the most non-sense show ever!!!

WE WANT MORE OF GAURI AND AKASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE WANT IT TO DEVELOP AND SEE WHAT GOES ON BETWEEN THAT LOVE TRIANGLE BETWEEN PAYAL AKASH AND GAURI, BUT MOSTLY GAURI CHANGING.
