Seems like everyone is free to yawp / thresh at sugna whenever they want no matter its her fault or not. I know she had done many boo-boos without qualms since she knew she will be going to her in laws soon but in today's episode Ma sa slapped her since she thought sugna leaked the information of her own pregnancy to shaym. I wonder what is wrong with sugna's parents? if u cant take decisions of ur own child while raising them then why bringingin them on earth? I still dont support sugna regarding ' pratap ki akhri nishani" but how come a mother like sumitra who keeps taking big words and stays at home all the time couldnt find a single truth of her daughter's life?

Over and above, everyone is busy making decisions for her life !! Gehna wants sugna to marry shaym and start a fresh and sumitra joined the gang in today's episode [ jai ho sumitra]. Bhairav has no clue about all this marriage-melodrama and basant as usual is all set to bruise someone whoever is disliked by Ma sa without knowing the actual fact and on top of that our poor anadi and jaggya always end up being in a locked room. Cant sugna make a single decision for her life? every adjudicature of her life has been either taken by her grandma or her father but i would love to see her taking at least one major decision of her life. Be it her marriage with shaym or living all alone with whoever she wants.

I know our family members r there to make different reconciliations for us but what if they make wrong prearrangements for ur life?

I so agree with that.. Sugna can take her decisions when she pays her own bills...
Right now she is not able to take care of her self also...how the hell she will support her child.. She is totaly dependant on her family... So naturally her family is taking her decisions...

Just because she is not paying bills soes not mean she cannot make her own desicions. Who is at fault for her not being able to fend for herself? MASA, god I hate this lady, she stopped her schooling just because she was married at a young age, now her husband is dead, she was not taught to do anything else except look after a house, she has no freedom at all, I do not think any lady would like to go thru this situation, but still I think as her parents atleast Bhairav and Sumitra should stand up for thier daughter Sugna, as they are also responsible for her situation by not letting her stand her own feet after her marraige and letting Masa make all descisions for everyone in the house. I think he is shown well off to atleast take care of Sugna and her child. I agree she did make a mistake by getting pregnant, but taht does not mean you shun her, she is afterall a daughter of the family. Is your respect so important that your own blood? that too for people who only talk.

Sorry for the ling post but I am just disgusted to see such things shown on TV which highly influences the audience.

I think the feelings you express are the ones that the producers of BV hope to invoke in their viewership.
To understand Maasa's feelings, one has to have either lived in a village or had family live there.
It is not the city where you can choose how much you engage in the society around you.
