when it shud be other way around ....
im trying to work on it ..and what i do is before i say something i make a 5 second pause which gives me time to think again if i wanna say that

a lot of people have this problem.....it's common......i do the opposite though, i think first about what i am going to say then i share some of my personal problems but not all of them as i tend to get carried away in the conversations......i think the best thing to do is try to create a habit of what you are going to say and what the question is asking u......try to be very brief meaning short......don't go in details.......i am trying to do the same, so far thinking twice before i speak has helped me out a lot......the thing that helps me think before i open my mouth is thinking how other people would think or feel about what i say.
