Been thinking about Accident Promo?

hi everyone after watching today's episode i have been thinking about the Accident Promo
and what if the Accident does take place but not like how it was shown in the promo what if
the Accident takes place during the party or something?

i mean all other promos like Arjun Proposing to Nats and Arohi in the back was different then how it really happened in the show.

also how Arjun and Arohi Confessed their love the promo and the acttually happened differently so
how many of u think that the same thing will happen with this promo Accident?

ah shoot i missed one option that the Accident might/could take place after the party!
