He is sitting in judge's chair and he has a power to criticize we may or may not agree with him.

it is like we are taking an essay exam and come up 2 diff scores by 2 teachres. criticism vary from one person to another. some ppl have nicer way to say it while others like it crude way or I say more bluntly. But he is doing his job.

but mind you there is a thin line between constructive criticism and just criticising for the sake of criticising and that's what majority of members on this forum think he is doing. If sooo many of us think this way, there must be some sorta sense in it right?😉and not just 2 teachers marking 2 essays differently.😛

Last time I checked 'doing your job' did not mean putting others down by saying things like 'she is no competition for me'. I have no idea how you see any sort of constructive criticism in that phrase of his.🤢yeah..that's reallyy gonna help sunita and boost her morale.
