There are 2 leading ladies.This girl with Salman in the pics plays a small character and the other girl is Liza Lazarus,Miss Universe 2008.

The release date has not been set as yet.

@Riya......No idea the exact date movie will be released but here's something from the net......Vijay Galani Moviez's VEER is all set to roll in the first week of August. It is a period film, a love story with war background, set in 1900.

The female leads are (Katrina look-alike), Zarine Khan and Lisa Lazarus, the winner of Miss Universe UK 2008.

yes lisa is very beautiful from the pics posted.

Wasn't salman's look in the movie Veer suppose to be a look that Abhi did in Drona? Because the first look poster so I was wondering. Can't wait to see the movie. I hope the story is good though

Salman saw Zarine in Whistling Woods when she had come for a separate audition.

Then Salman had a screen test done on her after which they selected her for Veer.

Here is a Katrina quote on Zarine-

"She is so sweet and I helped her with her make-up during her screen test. She is a lovely girl and I hope she does very well. Although I do not think she looks like me. But if Salman misses me and wants to work with girls who look like me, that is so sweet."
