Where do they go?

This is probably a stupid question, but after Dance India Dance, where do the dancers go? I mean I know in Saregamapa and shows like those they become playback singers, make albums, or give live performances. What do the people in dancing shows do? For example, Alisha apparently has won three boogie woogies but she still finds the need to come on this show. If this is stupid, feel free to make as much fun of me as you want.

I feel many of them will open up schools or training centers for young dancers...

or become dance assistants, stage show coaches etcetera
