so cruel was today's epi. I cried to see sugna's bangles being broken. I am an indian, but iam so glad iam born in a modern - good family. It is so sad that these cruel-brutal retuals r still carried on.

The character of Sumitra could have more personality. She is so weak. As a mother she did nothing to support sugna. AAnandi & jagya , 2 kids were left with sugna. sumitra could have atleast gone the room & hidden sugna's necklace, so sugna could have atleast that to comfort. I really wish the directors gave more substance to sumitra. Even during the wedding preparations all she did was make tea. come on !!! a bride's mother has tons of other imp things to do.

it is a sad but true show😭

I can say that shows to some extent portray reality but in an exaggerated sense of that.

i agree. i do wish they'd have shown sumitra with a little more spine. the least she could have done was to sit with and console her daughter in her room, rather than weep with anandi's mother.
