K I just saw this article and Imraan and Farhan both won the best debut award. YAY congrats to them. Personally, I love them both and think that they both deserved the award. But, if they both can win the award then why not Rajeev Khandelwal?

I am not a Rajeev fan but I really liked him in Aamir and thought he acted brilliantly in Aamir.

So are these awards biased? Do they only prefer to give awards to people who come from a Filmy background? I am not bashing Imran or Farhan ..cuz I LOVE them both! Seriously.

But I think Rajeev deserved an award too. He was fantastic.

Same thing happened with Neil Nitin Mukesh last year..when Ranbir won all awards. Again, I love Ranbir too ..so I am not bashing any actor 😊

Even Slumdog kids were made to wait for more than 45 minutes! No respect shown to them? They werent allowed to be on the red carpet. Disgraceful.

imraan alone deserved the award...

n rajeev khandelwaal....not at all...its not television awards ppl ..its filmfare..c'mon ...u need to act to get an award...rajeev is over rated ...his acting was no where near to imran's ...imraan was absolutely natural n he deserved it..im soo happy for him..

v always complaint awards r biased but they are sometimes not always...im happy for the new comers awards ..imraan n asin deserved it n got it...im happy for best actress ..pc deserved it n got it..so yeah they are not always biased..especially for these categories they are'nt biased dis time..

^^ Actually Rajeev did a movie called Aamir...which is a FILM and not a Tv serial.

yeah i know abt his film...but im sorry i didnt find his acting as natural as imraan's...he was good but not worthy of an award at all...

bingo..he needed to have "khan" at the end of his name😉

personally i think Rajeev was MUCH MUCH BETTER than both imran and farhan

but of course the trend continues, you can only get award when ur movie makes money for the industry!

Rajeev was so awesome in the movie! I have never seen him on telly but i had heard a lot about him so i watched his movie. His performance was just fantastic! Lets see maybe in future he will shine on his own. I have seen one thing that if you are deserving then sooner or later you will get ur due credit. And wat is an award worth any way. Aamir khan is right what matters is peoples love for the movie.
