he is prem only...he just wants to show Heer that he isnt...wants her to believe that he isnt Prem..so from now.. they'll show us stuffs he do that Prem wont do to confuse us more....maybe Prem doesnt want Heer to get invovled in this..he doesnt want RR to hurt Heer...

its Prem only...i think he purposely came in front of RR so RR will see him...Prem has his own plan... so all those feelings...the payal...it was real Prem only....
