Son's shame, Wife's concern, Husband's care :)

There was a flavor of everything in today's episode, deep love, anger, genuine respect, patience, acknowledgment and understanding.

Hiten and DM confrontation today was awesome. Brilliantly scripted scene, you can feel the fury in their dialogues it felt so real.

Ok guys I officially really like Hiten character. He has a strong personality which makes it interesting. He has conviction in what he says. And he is not just a plain old brat, his anger is justified and he knows his priorities. 👏That Maulik character is a bug wuss, Kadambari just doesn't seem to have a side of her own she is the odd one out. The little ones are just there to add some cuteness.

I suspect Hiten will slap jags tomorrow. I guess he will say that I am his son I have the right to talk about my father but who the hell are you. I hope Jags gets what is coming to him, and it shuts up Virat to stop his games.

I am glad DM got a frontal look at Santo's face, instead of from the side. So I guess we can conclude now that he has seen her face. Now I wish she would drop that ghoonghat in front of him so he can get a better look. Haiyyyyy what scene would that be. 😳

Dont you guys just love the fact that not once has DM gotten angry at Santo after marriage for no reason. He hasn't blamed her for anything and listens to her when she talks. I mean when she came to him he could have easily told her to get lost, but acknowledges her presence and has patience. I am very impressed she actually had the guts to talk to him after Hiten left, that shows she understands him to an extent, because after all that yelling any other human would have the better sense to stay yards away from DM so not to get burned. And look at that she knows him well enough to know how to make his mood better by giving him his wedding album. She is smart and is sweet. 😉

Love Saumil Bhai. He is first person who of the same social and class footing as the Mahiyavanshi family acknowleges Santo as Bhabhi out of respect instead out of any underhanded scheme. I love that he gifts her something and asks to drink from what she serves. Now he has no caste issues kudos to him. 👏Loved Bapuji in that scene too, he could sense Santo's fear, so he kept encouraging her that was kind of him.

The best of this scene was DM's facical expressions. DM and Santo didnt talk to each other but their relationship evolved and just progressed so subtly in one scene. It starts with DM feeling Chokri talk to your sister quickly and leave, and to him saying my wife and I will be going out together. LOL
When Santo opens her mouth to say namaste to Saumil Bhai, DM swallows and his eyes go so soft as he senses her fear and anxiety. He is feeling guilty and sad of her as well.
The best of his reactions was when she is getting the gift, she looks at him and he gives the slight nod in acknowlegement to accept it. That was awesome he knows she wont make a move without his consent.
When Saumil Bhai calls Santo lakshmi, DM actually stares at Santo instead of at the floor like he is trying to figure out Santo and what she means to him. And I am sure DM didn't have to say 'hum', he could have just agreed to come on his own. But I think Santo being lakshmi its gotten him feeling something and somewhere in his heart without realizing he knows that his lakshmi has to come with him.

Sorry got carried away with my analysis. It was such an bloody awesome episode especially the last scene. 👏

I know Hiten is just like his father. And I am sure he is gonna slap that V-Rat's chamcha, Jag Rat for saying stuff against his father. It's just that the father-son duo can't express their love for each other. they just need to sit and talk it out...with Kohinoor i mean Subhadara's portrait included as well.

I know at least he got to see the frontal view of her face...a pleasant change. I appreciate him not being mad at Santo...or giving her attitude...as if it was only her who married him. I appreciate him being a good listener. I am loving it Mara!!

I'm not sure about Hiten. He is 24 years old. Shouldn't he be working (a three month world tour seems to signify he doesn't), standing on his own two feet, instead of living off his father but still throwing tantrums when DM does something he doesn't like. I'm not saying he doesn't have every reason to be hurt by his father's sudden marriage but you can't dictate terms to your parents if you're still living under their roof as a dependent child.

Just read ur addition to the post. U bet Mara, he didn't have to say hum but he still did...their relationship has indeed evolved to a different level altogether in that one small scene...it's just beautiful. I think now even if Moti ben tries to treat her badly in DM's presence neither he or Bapu ji will take it. Bapu ji is a sweet man, love him and also that Saumil Bhai, thanks to him we got sucha cute scene and also Khemi hehe, kya right waqt pe phone kiya usne!! Amazing!!

I agree with you that Hiten is the strongest charc after DM and SANTO... I call Santo strong because she had the guts to marry DM and also adjust to the new life although this is not wht she expected.... unlike other saas bahu sagas Santo doesn't keep on crying and doing the Kasme Vaade thingy.... She actually accepted the fact that she is married to man who is twice her age and has five kids..... and also did not blame Bhagwan for her destiny...... Looks like the show is starting to build up the heat and also is not going at a snail's pace......

I am actually surprised by the fact that Ekta... Ekta actually has designed this show and is different from her other K! shows.......

I think Moulen and Kadambari should practice more on their dialogue delivery as I found that they were not putting in emotions as req by the scene.... I found that Hiten has the potential to be a catalyst in increasing the TRP (apart frm RR and Asayia) and also in getting the newly wed couples closer....

Another thing is tht although Santo doesn't have many dialogues.... her acting is just fabulous considering she is a debut .......... Now infact I have started to think if Santo would have been in Surat Guest house, would her life had been better or is she better off at Dharampur.... Considring the fact that she would have stayed in a HOUSE and not a STORE ROOM and also there would have been better facilities and nobody to taunt her....

But on the contrary if she'd stayed in Surat, would she have known about the kids and wht bout her family (remember Nanaji came to take back santo for Pag Phere) and would she prefer to stay alone and curse her destiny......And if outsiders would have come to known about this then will it not affect DM's reputation...

Also I think Ekta could have managed without either Kadambari or Moulen ..... and one of the smaller kids could have been avoided as well.... matlab if thr were only 3 kids the serial would have been better...
