Isn't Vrinda quite a relatable character?

I never ever relate to any TV characters because they're usually more filmy than film characters. 😛 I'm not claiming to be similar to Vrinda but I would relate to her when she used to talk about the importance her family and how she would never go against them. I don't act as rude and blunt as she does with guys (or Yug specifically) but she always maintained that distance because she feared that she would fall in love with the wrong guy and I have that fear in my head all the time. So when finally Yug is able to make a place in her heart, it must really hurt to see him just shatter her dreams in a split second. I was trying to put myself in her place today and I kind of felt the tug you know....! 😕I was like 'Oh crap....what if this guy did the same to me?'.
I'm talking a lot of rubbish but Vrinda seems quite real in that sense.

i agree, she is.
i like this show more coz of this lovestory. both the characters are very clear about their feelings most of the times. they were easily expressing their feelings to each other. Both declared their love whenever they realized. its not typical lovestory where some situational gimmicks added. Their lovestory is not only abt falling catching scenes or accidental physical touches........ eyelocks kuch jyada ho gaya tha😛 but thruout we can feel how love blooming in their hearts. both are nice, simple, cute and lovable characters. i think thts why we can relate with them.
i still dont understand , why Yug didnt told Vrinda abt her father is a murderer of his own father??

^Yes exactly. Its not about pushing the girl against the wall and trying to act all 'hot'. Instead its about trying to make her fall in love with you by talking to her. I'm glad they haven't had the typical Ekta scenes because if they did then I wouldn't be watching the show.

I guess Yug didn't want to hurt Vrinda any further. She only recently found out that her father is alive so maybe he didn't want to give her a bad impression hence he made himself look like the bad guy.

same here, even i wudnt b watching the show if its had all these scenes u mentioned.

if this is the reason, i must say,.......... poor Yug. ya, he's not at all the guy who takes revenge and all. otherwise when Vrinda's dad told him he killed his father, he mite hv get angry to him..

i know yug is right in his place but atleast he shd have said 2 vrinda y he don't wanna marry her

I agree. I felt really bad for her today. You could really feel the pain she was going through seeing him walking away and not being able to do anything, say anything that would make him stop.
On the other hand, I kind of felt like Yug was a bit distant and cold in telling her off. She had nothing to do with his father's death...I just feel that he could've broken things off better and with an explanation of why he was going. He should have cried too!😭

i understand what your saying i feel the same way. i never watch realy watch hindi dramas (exept maybe the odd eppi of mile jab hum tum or, pari hoon mai, when it use to be on, and thats only because my sister in law watches them) but this is the first drama that i have realy connected with and its because of the things that you mentioned. the way yuvi's lovestory is portrayed is not in the conventional way, and i think thats what most people like about this drama also.

i even dont watch these drama's, i prefer sitcoms which r not happening for hindi shows 😕 thts why i used to watch DMG or Miley jab(noopur-mayank part ofcourse) sometimes. sometimes tried to catch Balika Vadu or bidaai but never actually can connected with it.
i even cant watch all these dramas coz of my husband and daughter go mad at me otherwise😆 i used to watch Ben10 & looney toons then😆 , But this show is really different and till the date i am connected with it. i hope it go on with same treatment in future also by its creative team. thts why i was worried when it was given warning by SP , i dont want this show also go like other Ekta shows just for better TRP.
