So, is acting a natural and obvious choice for the star kid? "I knew from the beginning that I wanted to be an actor. And I didn't want to waste time assisting, scripting or anything like that. Acting is natural to me; it's in my genes. So why not take that further?" she says. However, after graduation, Narmmadaa did a course in fashion designing and gemology, before doing an acting course.
"I want to do commercial cinema," she continues, "I love the entire excitement and masala that comes with such movies. It makes me feel good. Basically, I enjoy seeing such movies so I would want to do the same."
As for now, Narmmada already has about three film roles to choose from. Yes, talk about star privileges! "As for now, I don't know about the privileges but certainly, there is a lot of responsibility attached with this. My parents have been very supportive of me getting into the profession. Of course, they informed me that it is both difficult and different. In fact, they are very caring -- even right now my dad called and was asking if I was fine?"
