Five days, and not a word!

I just had to say, Santu has some mad acting skills.

Five whole episodes, and she has yet to say word, or utter a single sound, but her lips and eyes and just HER expresses so much it makes me want to cry for her.

I mean, her persona right now brings an ache to my heart, and to be able to make my heart ache without saying a word is talent.

Aasiya, babe, you've got some talent.

Oh, and I must bring up DM's sister. Hai allah. If she thinks so much of herself, and her high status, then why in gods name does she talk like that! Santu is of lower caste, and she doesn't talk like that. I'm not speaking of her voice or her volume, but the way she says things is so down market. For example during the preview she was telling Santu "Is ghar ke dahlyz par karne ke liye uche gharane ki passport chahye" or something, but its such a rude and uncivilized way to talk. No matter how much she despises the lower caste, at least the lower caste people have better grammer and are more civilized. It's such a bad repersentation to see someone who values her stature so much, come off as so rude and uncivilized. I mean, we all know that usually people with higher statures value their grace and their mannerism, but here it seems total opposite. I mean what sort of women treats her own brother in- law with such disdain and raises her hands towards him. Chi. A civilized person does not raise ones hand towards a family member.

Sorry, I had to get that off my chest, I mean, I must say this is one of the worst Ekta villians because she is extremely down market, rude, disrespectful, and sorry to be mean, not even pretty to look at. Usually Ekta villians are sexy ladies who are mean, this villian is just down right rude for no reason.

Well, I hope Santu starts talking soon, I miss hearing her voice.

I completely agree with you. Everyone seems pleased with the cast of Motti Bhen, but I am not happy and exactly for the reasons you just raised.

She does talk very ugly and that is why I dont like dialogues it doesnt seem to go with her status. You are right people of high class don't really talk like that. She mixes english with hindi it seems very crude and silly.

I hated her behavior towards viRAT. OK he is a bad guy we get that but still there is a relation, he is brother in law, she actually held him by his collar jeeeeeeez ok that is just not done woman. DM and viRAT can have a go at each other but that is fight between men, when a woman acts like that it seems down right ugly and barbaric behavior. It is not like viRAT was misbehaving for her to raise her hand.

I know right! I was tolerating her until she started man handling Virat. Did her parents not teach her anything about respect? How can she talk like that in front of her brothers Saas/Sasur? Shameless behavior. I mean, being born and raised here in California, even I know how to respect the elderly enough to know that such behavior in their presence is bad.
I hate Virat as well, but the only person allowed to kick his ass is DM, first off its very rude for her to be treating him like that in front of the elderly sass sasur, second off, grabbing him by the collar? Even DM doesn't do that because DM has more class and ishtyle. LoL

She is just so low, in all aspects that her role seems more gawar then Santu's so called "neeche jaat"

And now I know she is going to make our poor baby Santu's life living hell, the thing is, I know villians do that, but this villian will be so irritating with her behavior.

Chillax guys,

There is certainly going to be a reason behind WHY Taruben behaves like this, why she has such a big problem with ViRAT .. everything is going to come out slowly .. and I am sure this time EK wont go down her usual road .. there is bound to be something exciting ..

Coming back to the topic,

You are right! Not a word .. just noticed that myself .. but her pathos is very well expressed through her uncertain body language, her shy face and timid eyes... Aasiya has been wonderful!

I can't believe the transformation in the girl myself...from the first episode to the last few, it seems as if Aasiya has personally underwent Santu's emotional trauma.

Without uttering any dialouges, her eyes seem to say everything! The most touching scene was the one when she is wandering about in her husband's factory compound and remembering her Maayka...the way she brought out her character's bewilderment, confusion and innocence was amazing!
I am really, really looking forward to see her interactions with DM...there is a feeling that there would be very few words between them and most of their communication will be non-verbal! RR and Aasiya are sure going to rock the screen!
Coming back to Tarunben, I know she is pretty crass, but quite comical too😆
And if Ekta has indeed changed (As is evident in Bandini till now) then she would show Tarunben's character to be different from her usual vamps...kya pata DM's Motaben turns out to be a Coconut...Hard from outside, soft from inside!😆
The peripheral characters in Bandini are fabulous, all of them! They are more or less underexposed to television, yet are actors with experience, hence the entire cast gives a very fresh look to the show! (Strangely, even though RR is perhaps the most seen about and popular face of Indian Television, he looks very different and very new in Bandini!)
