RTO office on Sunday.

Yesterday on the televisions channels one could see the Prime Minister of India getting off his car and heading towards the RTO office to renew his driving licence. It was a nice example to see the Prime Minister taking care of his driving licence. But did anyone take note that the RTO office opens on SUNDAYS? Was it opened especially for the Prime Minister or was it another show business? If a public office is opened especially for the prime minister what is so great about his going personally for get his licence renewed?

Is that even news, someone took care of his own mess by himself? LOL sure it happens only in India.
