I agree Jiya, I would like to see the Bidaai makers evolve the story to emphasize the concept of dark beauty.....with this kind of storyline, they can concurrently show an increase in Ragi's self confidence as well...

Yeah, for once i would like Ragini to stand up for herself,on her own steam.....

Exactly, Jiya! You've said it perfectly! Out here there are sooooo many ppl craving for that dusky tone to their skin, going into tanning salons and coming out looking like orange lobsters in the hopes of getting that right shade of skintone😕😆

Beauty is not constricted by terms like 'fair' or 'dark'.....Both are beautiful in their own way and ppl should stop having these general standards for 'beauty' in society.....

nice topic jiya ... and yaa anu u said it rite abt F&L, they show pureply rubbish as if a dark girl could never succed in anything .. i am one .. and i am very much happy with my skin-tone,not evryone gets it .. i believe i am very lucky to get this skintone, but sorry to say my mom,just like ragini's,always tells me to use creams and all,but i never use any .. c'mon if i dun hv a problem with it then y shld others?? 😛 .. but yes the society only likes fairer people and tht's true,i am going thru very bad situations in my day-to-day life.But i just smile and walk away..tht's the bst way to protest it😉😊

Coming back to the topic .. i do believe the creatives shld do something and show how ragini succeds in her career..they had shown tht she's a good dancer,and how she had succeded in her luv life,but this is not enough,i want them to show how the whole society will actually accept tht dark skin-tone is not ugly but as beautiful as fair.
