written update jan. 6th

Hey guys,

Sorry for the wait. Without further adieu, here is today's update.

-Neha goes to Suraj and tries to show him something but he doesn't say anything. She goes to the nurse and asks what is wrong. The nurse says that he acts like a child and he always needs a reason to be angry. She says today his reason is because his wife hasn't come to visit him. She talks about if she doesn't come and pay the fees, then they won't be able to keep Suraj

-Suraj's wife is on the phone with the hospital and she tells them that you will pay and that they will not have to ask again. She is arguing with the nurse about the treatment. The nurse tells her that if you don't deposit the money before tomorrow, they won't be able to continue with Suraj's treatment.

-The nurse tells Neha she is lucky to have family members that care. She says that she can meet with her family members after two days. She is confused as to who her family members are.

-Sanskriti brings tea for Kartik and asks him what's wrong. She asks if he is thinking about Anu and Kartik yells that he is not and that he has told her a thousand times that he doesn't love her anymore. Kartik feels bad for yelling at her and says sorry. He says that he wants this divorce to go smoothly. Sanskriti says sorry and that she didn't want to hurt him. She asks him to relax and close his eyes and gives him a head massage. She asks him if he likes her as more than a friend and if he loves her. He's like what are you talking about. Sanskriti says that there is nothing wrong with it. Kartik says yes there is something wrong with it because he is married even if she isn't with him. She's like but you are the one saying that you don't love her, then why are you looking shamefully now. She says this is because you still love Anu. She says go and make Anu yours and leaves.

-Gayatri says that she thinks that they should tell Shubh everything about Kartik. PParikshit says no, that it isn't the right time, he doesn't want to hurt Shubh even more by telling him about Kartik and Anu. He says that once Kartik and Anu get back together and everybody is happy, he will forget everything that has happened before. He says not to do anything yet. Shubh comes and asks how is Gayatri. She says fine, but you take care. He says I will, because the person that is taking care of me is coming back. He starts telling his parents about Neha's progress. He tells Gayatri to make her favourite food when she comes home.

-Sanskriti is waiting outside the mandir. A black car comes and out steps Anu. Sanskriti is on the phone and Anu stares at her. Anu walks towards Sanskriti angrily who is off the phone and facing the other way. Sanskriti is like how long will I have to do this drama, once Kartik is in my web, I will leave the parents alone. Anu is listening to all this. Sanskriti walks up the stairs towards Gayatri and Parikshit. She greets both of them and they give their blessings. Parikshit is like "kitni sanskaari hai humari bahu" All the while Anu is watching. Gayatri gives bangles to Sanskriti and says they are for her future DIL. They do pooja and they leave.

Anu goes up to Gayatri and Parikshit and asks what they are doing, that she is still their DIL. Gayatri is like since when are you thinking about relationships. You have never thought of us as your parents and Kartik as your husband, then why are you getting hurt today. She's like whatever we are doing is with Kartik's permission. She's like leave now and let them do pooja in peace. Anu leaves. Parikshit says to Sanskriti that you were right, Anu was effected by what they said to her. They will get together soon if God wills. Parikshit is like now we have to act like it is Sanskriti and Kartik's engagement, Sanskriti is sad. Gayatri sees this and asks what's wrong. She's like nothing, something went into her eye. She leaves. Gayatri realizes that Sanskriti still has her bangles.

-Sanskriti walks into her house and is sad and starts crying. She takes the bangles out of her purse and remembers what Gayatri said to her about them and cries more. She walks over to a dresser and takes out some medication and throws it all over the floor. Gayatri walks in and sees Sanskriti sitting on the floor crying. Sanskriti sees Gayatri and starts picking up the pills and says that she was checking the expiry dates on them. Gayatri sees a file on the floor and picks it up and looks at it and is shocked. Sanskriti says no they are not mine. Gayatri asks you have cancer?
