Simran and Abhi discuss that the late Aastha was happy about the relationship and they should not feel guilty about it. Aastha overhears and leaves feeling a little relieved. Urmila misses Manas since Sid is about to get engaged. Aastha tells Simran that she hopes that by the time she gets married, Simran will have got her eyesight back. Kiran stages a scene with a woman called Saroj, in order to create trouble at Simran's place. Kiran calls Yash at the engagement and tells him that everything is in motion and the plan will be executed. The engagement takes place and after that a policeman comes to Simran's place and says that he has come to arrest Sid since a patient has accused him of having raped her. Everyone is shocked.
