the king's take on the show

hello,

the king was on a stroll around the kingdom of IF n happen 2 stumble upon the state of MMDR. the king usually does not c dramas where the gal is helpless n the guy comes n saves her my marrying her. as if he is giving her a new life. but he gave this drama a benefit of doubt. well it has taken off well lets c where it reaches.

wht the king liked

+ the gal is daring n does not shy from giving a piece of her mind when driven against the wall. better than crying buckets of tears all the time.

+ the story backdrop is different. culturally sumthing new 4 the king.

+ though the lead pair r not the best looking couple they do compliment each other well.

wht the king din like

-- scenes where first geet's mother n later on geet tried 2 commit suicide. these dramas portray women as very weak.

-- the mother-in-law. although she seems to be gud now there r chances she mite turn negative in future n mite turn into a saas-bahu drama. n tht day the king will stop watching this.


b/w the king is not familiar wid punjabi culture. can sum1 clear a doubt. why is it tht kulwant wears a turban n his brother does not. don all sikhs wear turbans.

no problem vidhi. the king knows tht v shud not create separate topic 2 introduce ourselves n post in the slambook. this topic was not abt the king but his views on the show. others too can post their take on the show so far. they can either agree or disagree wid the king. although usually no1 dares 2 disagree wid the *king*.

i agrer with u on the points u like....
and yes they are the strongest points of this serial
i think kulwant is handsome...but Geet is not as beautiful....but yes i agree they compliment each other very well...
i believe their common look give the show a mass appeal
on your negtive points esp...
the second one....
even i think later on may be she will have negative shades...
but let see what the creatives has store for us.......
