LUX Sabsey Favourite Kaun Grand Finale
The wait is over! The red carpet rolls out for the biggest stars of Bollywood on LUX Sabsey Favourite Kaun Grand Finale- India's biggest and only Bollywood opinion poll. Amidst great pomp and starry splendor, the dazzling finale premieres on December 27, 2008 at 8:00 pm exclusively on Star Gold!
Catch this spectacular event, when the brightest stars of Indian Cinema come together for an evening filled with comedy, drama, fun, electrifying performances, all put together into an entertaining presentation ceremony of LUX Sabsey Favourite Kaun. Taking the audience through the event is our host and man with the funny bone - Sajid Khan. Adding to the glamour and assisting him as a co-host at the podium is the charming actress from Jaane Tu…Manjiri Phadnis.
Amongst many more, the show consists of the bubbly and energetic performance of Minissha Lamba, dressed like Ranbir Kapoor in her act. The evening also showcases the new heartthrob of Bollywood –Deepika Padukone performing on stage for the first time in front of a LIVE audience. She not only grooves on her chartbusters but also displays her badminton skills on stage!
The excitement just keeps building as the dynamic Akshay Kumar takes the stage. He enters from the top leaning onto a giant silver half-moon in his trademark stuntman style and shakes a leg with the ravishing Katrina Kaif. Thereafter he also dances with Deepika Padukone on a song from his forthcoming movie 'Chandni Chowk to China'.
The hottest Punjabi Kudi in tinsel town Katrina Kaif makes an entry sitting on a rural style khatiya bringing the Punjabi flavour alive and getting the audience grooving to her hit numbers.
Like every year, there was cut-throat competition among the nominees but ultimately it was just 'Fan Power' which won over 'Star Power' and made the people's favorites walk away with the honors.
