Judges .....Dont blame the audience

Shini has gone out today...i am sad. But very unhappy with Sonali's and Mr. Javed's outrage to the aundience ...to me ....in other words.

i totally agree w/both of u.....
If they don't like audience choice then they shouldn't have given audience the option of voting at first place...

i agree w/u shrija..
so since they have given teh audience the option of chosing II they should deal with our choice...

I am very angry for this.

1. If they wanted a girl idol then why do they have boys in the competition at all? I am a female and am all for girl power but this is wrong.

2. If there are besura singers in the safe zone then my dear judges it is your fault....not ours that they are there. Why are Remo or Kapil there in the first place. Think about that first and then blame us.

3. How can you blame simple audience who vote for these singers on racism or regionalism when it exists all over the world?

4. Even more than regionalism i would vote for a person who can connect to me with their singing... Bhavya and shini have failed to win over the hearts of the people ......

5. Javed Aktar has been partial to so many people specially Ankita ...even though she was a bad singer.....why does he blame us?

6. After listening to sonali .....i thought she wanted Shini to become the indian idol......she was a good singer no doubt but she would definetely not go on to become the indian idol....isnt it very obvious.

Would love to have your responses over the judges comments. i hated them for their outrage over Shini's elimination.

well mohit sang badly and got safe. rajdeep sang well and got in the danger zone.

all this happened because anu malik complimented mohit on his good looks and didn't say he was besura.

in american idol, girls and desercing win

Judges shud change the format instead of blaming public

they should select a bottom 4 and ask the junta to save 3 out of the 4 via voting.

I agree with you in everying except the part where you said "Why are Remo or Kapil there in the first place". They are there in the first place because there was something in their singing that is why judges chose them among thousands of singers.

My frustrations with the judges are they are happy to choose singers like our Prashant and Kapil in the first place because they do like their singing and then when they get to the galas no matter how well either Prashant or Kapil sing, the judges especially Javed Sir will do everything to bring them down. I have not heard him say anything nice to Kapil yet. Because of this audiences like me who want to show him that our Kapil is not as bad as he makes him out to be, we vote for him to our maximum capability. Just because he has a lot of supporters does not mean that he is a bad singer. I notice a lot of people blaming him here for not getting eliminated because of him being a Gorkhali or being in the army but what does that have to do with his singing?

Like I have said before, just like beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, I guess it is the same thing for singing too. We all like different singers with different voices all over the world. If we all liked the same singer then I guess the world would be a very boring place. I like Kapil and I think there is something in his voice that touches me. I am sure his supporters feel the same way.

This is exactly how I feel too and I guess many people who are voting for Kapil feels too. I feel that connection with both Kapil and Sourabhee

All of the Idol series are based on the audiences votes. The audience chooses their idol. This is how it happens all over the world whereever the idol series is aired. The judges have no right making contestants who are not eliminated feel bad about themselves because they got more votes. The more the judges chides them, them more audiences like me feel even more determined to support our favorites.

I also like you get extremely very frustrated whenever I see the judges do that. I have never seen this happen in AI. I have never seen the judges here blaming the audience for their choices. The judges are there to judge the show not play favorites. They will not be able to sway the votes by yelling and blaming the audience.

I do not mean any offence to any members here through my post. If I have offended anyone, that was not my opinion and I sincerely apologize. I do not want to fight or get into discussions with anyone.

the king completely disagrees wid u. yeah saourabe is no doubt a gu singer but remo n kapil r not tht gud whn compared 2 the rest. anybody can have a bad day like how torsha n bhanu had but kapil n remo have hardly sung well. juzz bcoz kapil n prashant work in the army doesn't mean v shud vote 4 them. if it was best soldier competition then thts diff but this is indian idol n its connected 2 singing n thts it.

at the same time the king appreciates the topic starter. the judges r 2 b blamed. they shud give an answer as to why remo, kapil n kuleep have been selected.

v have women as astronauts, politicians, police, lawyers n every field. yeah agreed they r in a lower percentage compared 2 men but thts everywhere not juzz in india. if their logic is right then why does srgmp have galz still going strong n tht too gud ones. juzz bcoz sum galz were eliminated in a singing show does not reflect our society.
