I have always known that these folks have taken from shows such as "SYTYCD" but the fact that they do is not really something as dramatic as you make it out do be. Such things go on both ends, India uses the US, the US has even ripped a few from India, but I suppose that is besides the point. I think the fact that they do is known, their is a sort of apathetic understanding, where doing so will not really reap anything. I understand were Shawn is coming from, because NB chreo's are being praised for their creativity, which is clearly not there when they are taking from outside sources, it would be different if they took a certain concept and made it their own, yet taking the actual dance and calling it their own really is wrong. Based on creative representation, it is rather wrong. About the whole 'suing' issue, I doubt you will get any where with that, even if he tries. Your immense anger is humorous as opposed to anything else. Oh, and guy above, your such a contradiction, considering that your parents taught you better, you should learn how to express your opinions without sounding bitter and rude, if you pride yourself on having better manners, then you should have backed that up with a more coherent message. Aside from that, I think the issue is blown out of proportion, and everyone should just mind their own business, rather then trying to stick their nose in something they have very very little control over.
