niks coz according 2 tb article she was for few days n also she doznt luk like a doctor.shye had nt attended any case till now.keerti said she is a great dr. but why no case.
she had nt operated any1 or even checked up d patient n other 6 has if nt operation den atleast treated d patient.

I think it will be Nikita because she is a temporary, but even if it is someone else, they will leave and then return again. Like a ratings boost to create some drama so that people will be in suspense.

Although I am hoping and praying it's Niki somewhere I feel it's either Armaan or Riddhima who would decide to leave on their own to make Shashank's life easier.........
