It?s Diwali! And, while fireworks light the sky and friendly diyas twinkle outside people?s homes... the stars come down to earth, well home to Mumbai ? at least, to celebrate the Festival of Lights. BT made a quick check to see who was celebrating Diwali, and how. But for Amitabh Bachchan, who said it wasn?t a year since his mother Teji Bachchan had passed away and therefore he wasn?t in the festive mood, almost everybody we spoke to sparkled with their replies. Here?s what Bollywood will be doing for Diwali...

SHAH RUKH KHAN:

I want to pray and spread love this Diwali.

KAREENA KAPOOR:

I?m going to be with my family, I don?t get to do that too often.

KATRINA KAIF:

I?m in New York shooting with John Abraham and Neil Nitin Mukesh.

EKTA KAPOOR:

I will host a party at my parents? home to which I?ve invited friends, colleagues and well-wishers.

SAMEERA REDDY:

I?ll be with family.

SHABANA AZMI:

There?s a party at my brother and sister-in-law Baba and Tanvi?s place. My nephews come from Hyderabad and we have a five-day celebration. No crackers, only mithai.

BIPASHA BASU:

There?ll be Laxmi and Ganesh puja at home. Then dinner and celebrations with family and friends.

PRIYANKA CHOPRA:

I?ll be promoting my new film. What better Diwali gift for myself ?

URMILA MATONDKAR:

I?m going to Panchgani with the family where we have a quiet, traditional Diwali with
diyas.

HIMESH RESHAMMIYA:

I?ll be with my family. Get blessings from elders and shower love on everyone who matters.

I?ve been invited to be guest of honour for a Diwali function in South Africa.

Raj and his parents have come from London. And joining our families will be London?s Labour MP Keith Vaz. We will all be flying to Chennai in Raj?s jet to visit the Oneness University and seek our Amma Bhagwan?s blessings.
