I donno how true this is but I think he(Benji) was a child artist in the show Shaka Laka Boom Boom. I used to watch it some time ago but I simply can't forget the guys face. He was not the lead, he was the lead child's best friend. His face resembles Benji soooo much.
I think it is him.
