maybe he is tht modi Ridz biological father, and after Pad and Shash's marriage he had make a come back to destroy their lives and so mehow sanjeevani is connected to it, are their any chances, what do you say folks???and yeah for those who did'nt know, kartik is real father, and has left padi when padi was expecting Ridz before marriage.
