Random Ramblings [16/10]: The fast & the FURIOUS!!

Ok, I'm still shaking. 😕 See, loud outbursts, rambunctious yelling and gesticulating, swearing, cussing and hair pulling, I can handle. [I swear like a sailor and kick like a new foal. And if you're a guy, guard your arm hair. I've found that arm hair pulling is a weapon that can send down even the most seasoned male warriors. I've successfully taken down many a cousin brother this way.... 😃 Is that why WWF people are so cleanly waxed? Hmm....] But quiet anger and disappointment? Takes me down in a second. It's just so... humiliating and... hurtful...

Which is why Mayank's anger... Anger? Can it be called "anger" when on that scale? I think the right word is FURY... Pure, unadulterated, fury... scared the living crap out of me... 😕 I mean, whoo, even thinking about it, is giving me the heebiedajeebies! 😕

The scene started out well enough.... The glee on Mayank's face when Nupur handed him the file was so unexpected... 😃😃 I mean, he looked like Christmas + his birthday had come early... The eagerness with which he grabbed the file was so child like.... From there, all downhill... *makes sign of the cross* And dear Lord, the look he gave Nupur when she mentioned that dance step. If looks could incinerate, Nupur would be a smoking heap of ash in no time. 😲

It wouldn't stop there. Nupur had to go and say "kisi ne likha hai toh..." and the way he went "KISI NE??".... Ohhhhhhhh boy, I wanted my mommy. If I was Nupur, I would like set myself on fire right there, in the middle of the college grounds. 😕

Towards Nupur, I felt a mixture a bit of "serves you right" smugness, and a feeling of admiration.... 😛The smugness was because she totally aggravated me when she wasn't listening to Gunjan.... It's happened one too many times for me to make excuses for it... She's forever lost in her own world, and a little too self obsessed for her own good. 🤢 It's not that she's bad at heart, but she just seems to place herself above everyone else, and that's annoying.... Poor Gunjan has tried to talk to her about her problems time and again and Nupur just keeps falling asleep or obsessing over Mayank + project/Talent Parade etc.

Admiration for the way she told Samrat and Benjy off.... Haha 😆 their faces just said it all..... I think she just took out her whole bhadaaas on them, what with her aggravation/guilt towards Mayank and everything just adding up..... 😛😛 I was rooting for her all through out her lil tirade. The best moment? When she storms off and Benjy goes "Tumne kuch bola kyun nahi?" and Samrat goes, in that still dazed voice "Kuch bolne deti, tab bolta naa? 😕" 🤣🤣🤣

Gunjan.... Oh Gunjan... The "fast" in my title refers to you for the impressive speed you showed while fleeing both Samrat/Benjy and the stage.... When will you grow a spine, girl? I really abhor the way you don't stand up to Nupur at all... And you encourage her bad habits by letting her off easily.... And I really thought you had the galls to stand up to Samrat at least... One of my favt. Gunjan moments was when she told him off after the psychology class ["tum tang karo tab bhi sahi.... Maafi maango, tab bhi sahi?"] Or has she gone soft on him coz he helped her back home that night??? Whatever it is, her wimpiness is majorly annoying. I want her to kick some butt already. Too much to expect, I know, but I can wish, right...??

Dia - What, in the name of all that is holy, including french fries, were you wearing!?!?!? Seriously?! 🤢

Benjy - adorable as always, of course! *pullsh hish cheeksh* My favt. Benjy moment of the day was when
he was all pressed up to the ladies room door and CJ comes out and gives him a "You pervy freak!!" look.... And he tells Samrat, all ashamed, "Chal yaar yahaan se, isse pehle ke mere andar ka Benjy hamesha ke liye sharmaa jaaye..." 🤣

As adorable as Benjy is, Chacko is as annoying. I wanted to slap his teeth out of his mouth when he was making those lame remarks to poor Gunjan. Aggravating git. 😡😡😡 *pulls him to corner and beats him up*

Samrat, oh dear Samrat. Perhaps you've heard of the quote "The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry"?? So apt for you... I'm sure you had the best intentions, what with being credited with discovering such a talent and all, but your infantile methods to persuade her were disappointing... *sigh* Let's hope you have better luck in collaborating with Nupur. If she doesn't kill you and feed your liver to her pet goldfish, that is. 😛😛😛

Coming back to my main concern.... I can't imagine what Nupur will do now. I tried to, a lot but I keep drawing up a blank. Obviously, she'll try to do stuff on her own, but of course won't match up to Gunjan/Mayank [read: Mensa] standards.... That will perplex and piss Mayank more... And then finally she'll have to admit that the first report was by her sister. And dude, seriously? That is going to be the only other time [barring today] when I DO NOT want to be Nupur. What do you guys think...? Is there anyway she can salvage things? And how? I just see things getting worse and worse.... *sigh*

Nupur is holding up herself for a disaster with that project, granted you can get away with it once, twice, but im sure Mayank will eventually find out. But damn, his anger is a bit too much, I agree with Noops, he needs to drop the 'angry young man' face and enjoy a bit.. haaz hi kya hai?

And I agree, Mayank needs to chill. Didn't the prof say that the whole project was due NEXT SEMSESTER? Seriously, they've got a few months ahead of them before it's due. He needs to stop getting so hyper. I would so change my partner and do my solo thing if my partner was like Mayank [though his hotness may make me reconsider.]

Gunjan and tricks? I can see that happening right around the time Uday gets a triple figure in an IQ test and Mayank submits an assignment late. 😛😛😛 She should just give him the silent treatment till he gets the point and goes away with his broken male ego/proves to her that he really likes her and intends to stick around for a while.

Agree with you on the Mayank and Nupur points but not on the Samrat points/ It's not like I am bias towards him but I don't think he did anyhing bad. He wasn't like, let's make fun of her. He really did feel bad so I really don't think it's his fault at all today.

^ I don't think he did anything bad either... I know he meant it in the best way possible to get G to sing and be more extroverted and more confident... I just think his METHOD was a little...misguided... The tailing her and almost chasing her onto stage was a bit childish and not really the best plan...

LOL.....Did Mayank's anger really scare you that much??😆😆😆......I don't think it was quite to the level of 'fury' though.....a lot of anger and irritation, yes....which is understandable cuz he's been showing a lot of patience with Nupur's flighty ways till now and being the super nerd he is, his project is the only thing that matters to him and having that treated so shabbily and not seeminingly taken seriously probably irritated the heck out of him😆......

This is just the preview I think.....I'm waiting for the poori picture once he finds out Nupur never did any work on the project😈😆😆......It should make for some interesting conflict.

Benji was hilarious today as well.....I also loved that moment when he's leaning against the door of the bathroom saying 'why do girls cry so much'😆😆 and that dialogue later about the 'andar ka Benji'🤣

And the scene in the bathroom with Nupur giving Gunjan the endless tissues to wipe her tears😆😆 and CJ walking in and giving them a 'WTF' look🤣.....for a change I liked CJ today😆....maybe it's cuz she had less and to the point dialogues😕😆

Looks like the halter minidresses are Dia's new standard uniform.....one in every color I'm guessing😆

As for Gunjan.....I'm sure she'll stand up for herself one day....but she's the chui-mui type so for now she's basically going to cower and avoid things (namely Samrat) as much as she can I guess. But I really do wish that she'd stop mollycoddlying Nupur's slacker tendencies.....it's not good for either of them...Nupur should learn to be more responsible and Gunjan should learn to stand up for herself.

Wishful thinking??😈🤣🤣....Jokes apart, I'm looking forward to the interaction of N,S,B as they team up for this 'noble' cause of getting Gunjan to sing.....Nupur/Benji's excellent comic timing should make for some good scenes I think.

I must say that N deserved it ... N doesn't have to be the next Gunji, but hate it when girls act like duffers or worse damsels in distress treating brain like some ancient species ... extra curricular activities are good to have and never should one be a book worm either... but please have some more dignity than having your younger sister write a report for you! duh! M fulfilled his promise, and its high time N realizes her responsibilities as well rather than act "silly". Don't mean to be hard on her, but intel guys don't like frivolous girls. Period.

i agree what samrat did was a bit childish,about gunjan thats what gunjan is different from nupur,she also says to nupur that the way she is afraid of project,she is afraid of stage,i know girls like her who are stage frights,i am bit too not that much but comments given by that chamcha of dia definitely makes me cry,copying samrat's dailogue ''sab hamari tarah nahi hogi'',jo cheez humare liye normal hain woh dusro ke liye abnormal hain,sorry if there are any mistakes in my hindi,i just wanna say that college teaches every thing,one definitely changes when they are leaving college like gunjan being brave,samrat no childishness,mayank not being so hyper,nupur may got to know importance of studia and even dia turns as sweet.........many the charecter develops with situations,zyaada hogaya,
by reading ur first lines i am laughing so much and do post like this,thanks for not bashing sammy
