LOL you are so right!

Now people are just nitpicking every single word she says and putting it under microscope and looking for excuses to bash her. I can't believe the level of comments some of the posters have said in this forum and got away with it.

I am sure if I said something about some of the other more "majority accepted" candidates in similar vein even if it isn't remotely as bad as they say on a regular basis, i would get warned.. Oh well..

and people seem to forget that it was Shankar who labeled her "Pakistan Ki Beti" and they use that phrase to address her like Zee has a tendency to do.. they have done this to MANY contestants in the past and they themselves referred to them as "punjab da puttar" or "bengal's whatever", but they never flaks for it saying they were being "political" or whatever..

and my Hindi isn't good at all but what she said was "main Pakistan ki beti would like to wish you" , i think the meaning got lost in translation..how exactly did that turn into "main sara PAKISTAN KI BETI would like to wish only the Pakistanis a happy Eid" LOL

her mentor introduced her as "Pakistan ki beti" and she got referred to that on the show ever since so she just happened to add that.. i don't see this as some big propoganda to encite race riots or anything.. GOSH...

she said something like main, pakistan ki beti, aap sab ko eid mubarik wish karti hoon .now, I can't believe some people would have a problem with her wishing eid mubarik ! LOL.

I think Sara haters are always looking for some excuse to bash her. If they cant find one, they'll make up one.

you're right her mentor gave her the title of pakistan ki beti.

you're right about the moderation stuff. some people have gotten away with using abusive words for sara . if I had used that word for somebody's darling contestant, I would have got warned for sure!

why Amanat was loved by Indians or why we dont see hate posts against Zaheer or even Shujat give it a thought.
Im sorry but Sara has taken pakistan ke beti chant too far. As I said focus should be singing and that is missing.

I agree with most of what ID said. I carefully listened to Sara's performance tonight and she was out of tune several times. Her own mentor gently let her know that she deserved a Super Hit rather than History (although let me say that she is a better singer than many other there including HIMESH- take about besura tonight!)

I am sure that Zee has manufactured some drama but it is true that somehow Zaheer comes off sincere and she comes off less so. But Zaheer has managed to give some amazing performances too so maybe that makes me biased. When I think about Amanat, Nihira, Hemachandra not to mention Mohd, Vakil and Prathiv, I mean really -- with the exception of Pratibha, the remaining contestants really fall short!

Firstly, you have very conveniently forgotten the first line shankar said to sara "you sang very well today"!
Secondly, everybody on this show needs improvement so why just pick on sara? if they were perfect they won't be in SRGMP.don't see anything wrong with her mentor urging her to improve.
Thirdly, shankar gave asma a history so should that be taken seriously as well?Of course NO.

First of all congrats to Sara for starting recording for Bollywood film, thanks to Bhushan Kr and T series while she many chant endlessly she is only Pakistan ki beti her career seems to be taking shape in India and predictably so.

Liking a contestant is a diff thing and that contestant being brilliant diff, parthiv is very good so was M Vakil but I doubt how many like them (or even remember), liking Sara is fine but she needs riyaz (in loads).

I did not forget that Shankar praised her, Rather I noticed that he was meausred in his praise vs previous comments to Maina and Pratibha. As for Shankar' treament of contestants from other gharanas, it is clea that his marks are rubbish.
