I was reading the update which was very detailed and I realize that a part was missing. I found it in Youtube-part 2 (link above)
It shows MB conversation with Varun. Then Saloni visting her mother with Pia and their respective children. Ambika asks about Nahar and Saloni told them what he told her. At the same time MB came in and she realizes that she had just seen Nahar at the hospital. She looked confused and realize Nahar lied. (Can't give exact translation as I don't speak Hindi).
