Is Shankar the only judge worth being on the show?

I'm sorry to any Pritam/Aadesh or Himesh fans.... but they have all lost it!

Shankar is the only judge with who deserves to critisise or praise contestants because he has all the talent... specifically SINGING!

Pritam is just there to be unoriginal and start fights with everyone for no apparent reason (coming out of his shell now!)... Aadesh is there just to insult people and be useless.... Himesh, well he's not too bad, atleast he doesn't insult people and he encourages them (so I'll leave him alone).

BUT I wander, Shankar must be feeling odd being on this show where it's less about the singing and more about DRAMA!!!

Wow it's strange to see that rather judging the contestent now people are judging the judges.I won't judge them because I am 100% sure they have more knowledge about music then me. A student cannot point fingure at his teacher. Shankar is a trained classical singer but as a music director he require help of ehsaan and loy. Pritam and himesh alone have given many hits so they have good kowledge of music they know that today many machines are available which can correct sur and hence they mostly concentrate on voice quality and the emotion which a singer can put in the song. At end of the day saregmapa has the finest judges. Their view points may be diffrent but they all are talented in some way or another.

I think that instead of having music directors judging SINGING, they should actually get singers to judge and mentor the contestants since that actually know what they're talking about when it comes to sur, taal, harkat etc. Maybe Sonu Nigam and Udit Nayaran would know far more than Pritam!
