Adult Krishna?

Hi,
Will the actor playing teenage Krishna be continuing as adult Krishna or will there be a new actor? The present actor seems too young to play the role of 30+ Krishna...

Good question 👍🏼

From the promo pic, it seems that the guy will stay on to play the grown up Lord Krishna.

Also, the actor said something at a press conference about how he would set some kinda television record 😕

Therefore, it's pretty much a certainty that he will resume the same role post leap.

I'm honestly not sure how this is going to end up looking... because it's definitely a strange move to replace all others, and still keep this guy 😕

They should have gone for 2 different actors to play the young and adult Krishna. This is going to be pretty odd. Then again, Balaji leaps are like this anyway with young actors playing older roles. 😆 In all seriousness they should've used special make-up to make him look younger than he is for the young Krishna role and more make-up to give him an older look post-leap. 🤔

The other thing I forgot to mention was the skin complexion... Lord Krishna was said to have a darker skin tone, whilst this dude is whiter than most others on the show 😕

There was a line in KHMK where the guy asks why he is dark... and that was kinda funny 😆

I think they should have darkened his skin tone to at least fit the description more accurately.

As for other characters, Arjun was said to have had curly hair... but until now he's been shown to have had super straight hair 😳

Hopefully some of these things will be put right after the leap.

Well Krishna has been portrayed with fair skin lots of times now. In many movies of course plus in several serials, most notably Ramanand Sagar's Shri Krishna. He was also fair in Sanjay Khan's Maha Kavya Mahabharat. Nitish Bharadwaj is among the privileged few to have actually used make up to look dark skinned for the character. It's odd though that in B R Chopra's follow up serial Mahabharat Katha, another actor portrayed Krishna without darkening his skin. 😆

Yeah, you're 100% right about the Ramanand Sagar production having the fairest skinned Krishna 😆

To me, it looked like the had extra amounts of that makeup stuff on him just to make him look even fairer that what he actually was... hehehe!

Mr Nitish Bharadwaji is currently my favourite actor to have portrayed Lord Krishna 👍🏼 I think the man got the look and personality spot on. Also, the dialogue writers for the BR Chopra production did a great job for Lord Krishna's lines 👏

I did see a few episodes of Mr Sanjay Khan's Kavya Mahabharat, and it did seem pretty cool also... but unfortunately I missed the majority of the series when I set off to uni 😭

I hope to catch it sometime soon though 😃

With KHMK's Krishna, I'm very curious to see how he looks in the company of the grown up Pandavas...

hey one more shri krishna ..in a serial named "Draupadi" which came on..i don't remember which channel..It had a very fair and stylish Shri Krishna.I don't remember the name of the actor but he played the lead role in a very old serial "heena"

The funniest thing was yest. Krishna touched "kubja" and her koobad vanished..and everybody is saying "yeh baalak toh chamatkaari hai" 🤪🤣 does he look like a "baalak"?
