I feel really sorry for their relationship. He must be very hurt that his daughter behaved in such a way. Towards the beginning of the show he emotionally told Tanya that his daughters are his treasure and investment. If they do something wrong or something happens to them he will be destroyed.
But if he finds out she actually didn't do this on purpose but she was raped and carrying the rapists child, he will break even more. Dad's are protective of their daughter. It breaks my heart to think of any dad who finds out his daughter was raped by some guy and he couldn't do anything to protect her.
I am a total daddy's girl. I feel bad for them. I cried during the wedding scene. He wasn't nice to her at all but during the bidaai he touched her head. I was getting teary. That's the only part that made me cry during whole hour long bidaai part.
