As Indian Idol moves to round two tonight, we predict three Mumbaiwallahs who will definitely make the cut
Sagar Arun Sawarkar
This mass media student from Nagpur now resides in Mumbai and has been learning classical music for the last ten years. A computer freak and heavily into spiritualism, Sagar was amongst the top 50 contestants in Idol 1 but had to withdraw due to his father's ill-health. Even though he hasn't received a positive response from Anu Malik, Sagar is confident that he will be able to impress the composer with his ability in the final rounds.
Lekha Desai
For this Sociology graduate, who currently works in an advertising agency, music has always been her passion. A student of light classical music, she is also a professional at playing the drums.
Panna Gill
Originally from Jamshedpur, Panna is a student of Ustad Ghulam Mustafa Khan and is determined to make it big as a singer. Panna has got his inspiration from his father, who is a devotional singer. With blessings of both his Guru and his father he is confident that he will be able to emerge as a strong contender for the title.
