Two new characters introduced in Saat Phere
On completing a whopping 700 episodes, apart from celebrating, the cast of Saat Phere will also be welcoming two of its previous characters, Manno bhabhi (Neena Gupta) and Pia (Niyati Joshi), back to the show.

Sukriti, who is the creative head of the show, gives us the details. She says, "They are already established characters on the show. Manno Bhabhi is very famous and Pia, who plays Nahar's sister, was last seen when she left the house. Manno bhabhi has always proved helpful to Saloni. She helped Saloni with many of her problems and this time too she comes back to assist Saloni get back her daughter who is in danger."
Will the entrance of these characters see a twist in the story?
"We are not going to change the story of the show. The basic theme will always remain the same. We have brought them back because we wanted to do it for a long time. TRPs will naturally go higher when they return. Also, we wanted to surprise our audiences as well as the star cast of the show. However, that is obviously not going to happen now! "
Neena is back on her own terms and conditions: she has been given the liberty of designing her new look. Neena will be designing her own costumes, jewellery and she will even decide on her hair-style for the show. Interesting, the lehnga cum saree which she plans to drape herself with on the show was inspired by an outfit she wore for her real-life mehndi-sangeet ceremony before her wedding. Both, the channel as well as the production house, were quite kicked about the idea and had no objection towards it.
Both Niyati and Neena are shooting right now for their entry sequences on Saat Phere. Their entry scene is expected to air next week on Tuesday.
