I am back!(meaning I wrote again)đł I am really tired and I needed a break from studying. So I decided to write a bit. by the way it's 6 am in the morning! I am sleep deprived!đ
I thought I was crazy for liking Natasha but my jaan Sandy liked her too. So I guess I am not totally crazy! This forum is filled with ffs! I have 5 ffs on Rankan myself though they are rarely updated.
Who gets the guy has not been decided! So you can always leave suggestions!
The more feedback I get the sooner I will post the next update. (promise! because I already wrote the next part!) đ Silent readers be nice!đł
N: Mom mujhe shaadi nahi karni hai. [natasha says stomping her foot]
P: par beta kyun?
N: bas nahi karni hai!
P: tujhe karni hogi!
N: mom no! I am not getting married.
P: Dekh beta! yeh teri papa ki akhri khwaish thi! Ki unki dono betiyan ki dhoom dham se shaadi ho jaye acche ladko ke saath.[says happily]
N: to kijiye naa! I have no problem. Kanya taiyaar hai. Let her marry that...guy...whoever is coming to see me.
P: Nahi. [getting mad]
N: par kyun [if Pammi can stubborn Natasha is 10 times worse]
P: Kyun ki tumhari papa ne promise ki thi ke hamari pehli ladki Nanda parivar ki bahu banegi. Aur Kanya tujhse choti hai.
N: Mom!! How stupid. Kanya meri judwa behen hai!
P: lekin tu badi hai. Matlab tu hamari pehli beti hai. They are coming to see the oldest daughter Natsha! and that's you!
Pammi starts dusting the house.
N: MOM!!!!!! [getting really frustrated now]
Pammi goes on working without paying attention to her.
N: Mom!
Pammi still doesn't respond to her.
N: Mom I am not getting married because of some stupid promise dad made before I was even born.
P: Dekh beta! Nadani maat kar. Woh acche log hai. Tujhe rani ke tarah rakhenge. Aise bhi tujhe kaam karne ki koi shaukh to hain nahi.
Natasha crosses her arms over her chest.
N: mujhe nahi karni hai yeh shaadi.
Pammi drops the duster and turns toward Natasha.
P: Dekh abh behes maat kar. Yeh kya kaali raang ke kapre pehen rakhi hai. Jaakar kisi acchi salwar mein change kar le.
Natasha looks at her black tank tops and sweat pants.
P: aur teri bal bhi naa. Abhi jaa kar change kar le nahi toh lunch nahi milegi
Natasha stomps her foot one last time from anger and heads toward her room.
She slams the door. The bang wasn't as loud as she wanted. So she opened the door and slammed it again.
She pulled out a book from the shelf to throw on the floor but then realized it's her favorite so she put it back and pulled out another one and tossed it across the floor.
N: mujhe shaadi nahi karni hain!....[kicks off her shoes] Nahi mujhe shaadi karni hai...[taking one of the pillows from the sofa and throwing it across the room] nahi mujhe kisi Nanda parivar ki bahu banni hai!
She lets her hair down, making sure she doesn't pull it too hard. no matter what her mom says she likes her hair. She might be rough with everything else in life but her body is not one of them. She runs her fingers through her hair and puts it up again.
Natasha jumps on her bed and lies down. She needs to think. She will not marry. She will have to do soemthing to change her mom's decision.
Pammi is in the kitchen. As she cooks she starts thinking about everything. Her husband passed away 9 years ago. After Anand's death she thought she was going to die. She didn't know how to hold everything together. She probably would've lost herself if it wasn't for her 3 children. Natasha, Kanya and Harpal. Anand's death has been painful for everyone but she knows Natasha suffered the most as she was the closest to him, her papa's ladli. And she was the only one present during the car accident that caused his death. Everyone else got to see Anand one last time before he passed away but Natasha was still in coma. When she came out she kept looking for her father for months. Sometimes Pammi wondered how the sisters turned out so different. But Anand's death didn't affect Kanya the way it affected Natasha. That's one of the reason why Pammi always let Natasha have her own way. Now she has gotten out of hand. The marriage is important. Anand promised his dear friend that his 1st daughter will marry his son and it would never be broken. Even in his death bed Anand made Pammi promise she will take care of the children and make sure his promise is kept. She would let Kanya marry Ranbir but Anand had wanted his ladli Natasha to become the Nanda bahu. Pammi turns the stove off. She reassures herself one last time that she was doing the right thing. All mothers want to see their daughters happy. And Natasha will be happy being a Nanda bahu.
