Till now I have not come across single instance of keti gulab being attempted, I think purely because if the complexity over all and very difficult taan. On the other hand kuhu kuhu bole koyalia has been done on stage in the past and not unsatisfactorily, IMO keti gulab is tough nut. When Manna Dey refused to record on first instance in front of Pt Bhimsen Joshi what to say of others.

I also wanted to point this out..Some songs are repeated very often while some others are never touched,partly becoz they are difficlt and also for other reasons(like popularity becoz of the stupid audience vote factor 😡😡)...Now ppl think that if they attempt "kuhu kuhu",they will called a gr8 singer...same goes for "mere dholna"..If they want to prove a point,they sing these songs....And more often than not,i see the judges showering them with praises even if they give an mediocre /above avg performance......Why not attempt other classical songs like "Ketaki gulab","Madhuban mein Radhika","balma anari man bhaye","saaware saaware","kaise samjhaaon".....or many many more other songs.....they seem to hv a fixation with kuhu kuhu and shld get over it 😆
