Do you think winning awards make better actors? Or those actors who don't win awards are equally good when compared to their award winning counterparts?

I think a actor is good depending on the films they do and how well they potray the actors to me not always is awards correct fand reflective on this for me vidya deserved the best actor award for great story and acting in bhool bhulaiya ..yes jab we met was good and kareena but story i thought and acting vidya pulled off more..
