The show starts from Uttara realising that the wrong Kundli has been sent to Om Shankar's house and she tells Devika. Devika starts blaming her kismat and her mother for sending the kundli in such a hurry. Uttara is disturbed and says let me think what to do.
She goes out of the room and runs into Amarnath who is happy that the kundli has been found. Then she meets Dadi who is just back from a temple and gives her prasad. Dadi says that she had gone to pray that the kundlis match.
Just then Kakul comes back from Om Shankar's house and says that there was no one at home. Om shankar has gone to Patna and Jiju isnt at home. Uttara gets happy and says give me the kundli - I will give it to your father myself. Kakul says, yes, ,please do. Anyways, I have sent a copy of the kundli to the Patna address by courier so that my father's gets it quickly and then we can proceed.
Uttara gets upset again.
Uttara and Devika are talking and Devika again starts blaming her kundli and her life etc. Uttara asks her to shutup. Then Devika suggests, what if Kakul is already aware of the dosh in Devika's kundli and is trying to insult them and hence has sent the copy to patna in a hurry !!! Both are left thinking.
Next scene Sujit enters the house to say that he is going for some work and wants to leave Chirag with Kakul. Kakul gets excited to see him and wants to tell him something about the Kundli but Uttara doesnt let her say anything. Maybe she feels that Kakul will tell him that Devika's kundli has dosh.
Uttara keeps asking Sujit to leave as he is in a hurry. Sujit leaves without hearing about the kundli. After he is gone, Kakul asks Uttara why she didnt let her tell Sujit that they found the kundli and that she has sent a copy to Patna. So Uttara realises what Kakul had to say and says that I just want it to be a surprise. Kakul is left wondering.
Next scene Chirag is playing with Dadi and Kakul is talking on the phone with Jiju. She needs to go to Om Shankar's house as Sujit needs something there. She tells Dadi and goes away. After a while, Dadi also goes away saying I will just be back. Chirag starts crying. Just then a person enters the house, who sees the baby alone and crying and calls for people. When no one responds, he picks up Chirag and starts talking to him and quietens him.
Kakul enters and sees the baby in this person's hands and after taking Chirag from his hand starts scolding him, asking him who is he, why is he here and that he should leave immediately. They show that this person is almost staring at Kakul with fond eyes.
Just then Dadi enters and recogonises this person as 'Ahaan'. They get talking and he is introduced as Sharad's friend, whose parents put him in Hostel and since he didnt like being there, he would spend all his time with Sharad in Amarnath's house. He studied till his college here and then went to the US for further studies and has just come back to manage Sharad's biz.
Kakul and Ahaan shake hands and he is still looking at her with fond eyes. Dadi tells him that she is Samaan's wife and she thinks 'Oh, so she is married'
She then goes to get some tea/snacks for Ahaan and his eyes follow her,
Next they show that Devika isnt able to quieten Chirag who is crying , so Kakul takes him and says that give him to me, I will manage and he can sleep with me tonight. Kakul leaves and Uttara enters and says, What is happening Devika, that now even Chirag isnt happy with you. Devika starts blaming herself again.
Then they show Uttara trying Patna numbers again and again and no one is picking up. Devika says that maybe they have seen in the caller ID that its us and hence are not picking up. Uttara keeps trying. They show a postman asking for Om Shankar's house in Patna and some party workers shout at him for calling Om shankar by name and that he should say bau saheb.
They then show him the house. The postman comes to the house and delivers the courier to someone in Patna.
