Is Riddhima's character LOST?!!

Hey Guys,

Have you ever tried to look beyond the actors who play Riddhima? I agree the creatives had to first build ground for the new heroine to get set for the main characterisation... but don't you think it is time to get her back on track?!!😳

Guys ... every time the forum page opens there is a paragraph which describes Riddhima's character... saying
"...our protagonist Riddhima is a 21-year-old intern with dreams and aspirations of becoming a top class doctor..."

I feel that this is lost somewhere😕. Riddhima had dreams and aspirations of becoming a great doctor⭐️. But what is she doing nowadays?
Romancing... cheering... dancing... partying... advicing... (you can add other extra curricular activities too😲 !)

But where is the ambition? Where is the Riddhima who was made Intern of the Month almost every month??!!

Has Riddhima fallen so much in LOVE that she's forgotten her real aim in life? Where is the Riddhima who kept professional and personal lives separate?!!

Where is the Riddhima WE had fallen in love with?

Don't you think the creatives should now give Riddhima her real character... her real personality?

Although I am a DIE HARD KaShian.
But I feel Sukirti can do well. If she is given the right direction and characterisation. I do not want to go into any debates... but I know Shilpa's Riddhima cannot be recreated in any way... But if Sukirti IS playing the main protaganist of the show... she has to show herself as one.

What do you say?

She's evolved and grown... 😳 Why doubt her capabilities as a doctor? Even today, she advises Armaan to concentrate on his work. I honestly think that today Riddhima is at her most sane/human/lovable level... Finally she is treating Armaan like a human being and not someone below her, she no longer makes him feel/look worthless, and for that I really love her. She's finally learnt how to love & I have finally fallen in love with the character who used to earlier chew at my head😆

yes I agree... she has evolved and has learnt to love.
But ... I never thought that Riddhima had ever treated Armaan as less human. I know she had a problem with him being a jungli (barbaric). But when she actually fell in love ... she accepted Armaan just like he was... she also accepted his barbarism. Remember that scene where everybody is talking about their dream guy and Riddhima realizes that Armaan had all those qualities. Then in her mind she realizes... Armaan is mad, crazy, jungli ... but he was hers!!

But that's not the point .... I mean.. yes Riddhima has evolved as a person... but what about her aspirations? Has she left that behind her?

i completely agree! The riddhima i loved, admire, adore, respecting has completely gone. Okay, her explaining armaan abut being a better person was nice but what about other stuff? She is was the one who lept her professional and personal life separated and during january and feb she excelled in it! Now, she isn't caring about her career and is partying. And in the football match, Riddhima was someone who never cheered like that. SHe was more quiet, shy and by these characterlistics they can still show romance. The change in character of Riddhima is making me dislike sukriti. Even i think she can do a good job but creatives ............😡 Why can't they show the romance they showed during januray and Febuary? Riddhima was in her character and did all the romance. I love thooses moment! Creatives, BRING RIDDHIMA BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But obviously her priorities in life have changed, to an extent... her love for Armaan is taking up more space...but I wouldn't say that it's at the expense of her career or at the expense of anything realy because she's balancing it all pretty well...even know, she cares about what her father will think... she cares to give her career the right attention...

I plead to disagree.
All she is doing is romancing. Have you seen any new cases being given to her?
Even Armaan's case was handled by Dr. Keerthi herself and it was Rahul who filled Armaan's form. Although Riddhima was given the case... but she was not able to take care of Armaan and he went on to play pranks and do masti in the hospital which angered both Dr. Keerthi and Dr. Shashank.
Where is the Riddhima who could handle cases single handedly?
Is this THE Riddhima who could take up a case like Sumit's??

I agree... love is taking up more space in her life rather than career.
