and also before riddhima and her 'its not funny ok' line...she h8d messing people using and messing around with patients but now in the yeh mera dil sequence heck shez dancing and partying and having a whale of a time with the patients...................... :-|

Guys ... every time the forum page opens there is a paragraph which describes Riddhima's character... saying
"...our protagonist Riddhima is a 21-year-old intern with dreams and aspirations of becoming a top class doctor..."

I feel that this is lost somewhere😕. Riddhima had dreams and aspirations of becoming a great doctor⭐️. But what is she doing nowadays?
Romancing... cheering... dancing... partying... advicing... (you can add other extra curricular activities too😲 !)

But where is the ambition? Where is the Riddhima who was made Intern of the Month almost every month??!!

Has Riddhima fallen so much in LOVE that she's forgotten her real aim in life? Where is the Riddhima who kept professional and personal lives separate?!!

Where is the Riddhima WE had fallen in love with?

Don't you think the creatives should now give Riddhima her real character... her real personality?

Although I am a DIE HARD KaShian.
But I feel Sukirti can do well. If she is given the right direction and characterisation. I do not want to go into any debates... but I know Shilpa's Riddhima cannot be recreated in any way... But if Sukirti IS playing the main protaganist of the show... she has to show herself as one.

What do you say?

You've raised very valid points! You know whenever I come to this forum and read these opening descriptive lines about R being an intern with dreams and aspirations of becoming a top class doctor, I just crack up😆😆....There couldn't BE a bigger joke than that in DMG!😆.....That R disappeared a very long time ago....I think after winning her first IOTM....and it could've been justified as the effect of her new found love with Dr. A....except she never seemed to recover from it😆😆.....and then continued to just go from bad to worse...singing, dancing, wasting time doing anything EXCEPT pursuing her so called big aspirations to be a doctor😆😆

I would like to ask:

Where is the R who was so happy thinking to herself about what her father had told her about being a doctor after she delivers that baby successfully?

Where is the R who cried after she lost her first patient?

Where is the R who seemed so motivated in doing the best for her patients in the first month of this show???

It seems that after treating the never-leaving patients of Sanjeevani like that chipku Sumit, Nana and Gappu, Dr. Riddhima lost focus of her main 'goal' of being a big doctor😆😆😆

*Edit: And this by no means reflects on one actress or the other....Riddhima is Riddhima....the characterization is what's pathetic.

The charachter chnaged drastically whether people believe it our not, and i dont think its in a good way...But latley the charachter has been getting worse with those Raat ka Naasha and the random hugging sequences, the old Riddhima would have never done.

I think she did lose site of being a top class doctor, but soo didnt everyother person in this show? Except for Keerti...

DMG'S golden rule:
if in doubt about a character (or cant be bothered making a decent script)....add generous helpings of songs and dances and make character appear daft............ 🤡

the audience wont notice a thing
