- Neha goes to meet Shubh.
- Namrata and Suhana come to help Gayatri. Namrata is worried as she's late for work. Suhana tells her to go and tells her that she'll handle everything. Nams leave.
- Kartik has money in his hands and is thinking that he won't let his parents suffer at this age. He goes to their house and sees suhana and gayatri talking. He decided to leave the money at the window. He's about to leave, when Gayatri feels his presense and goes to look for him. Kartik leaves and Gayatri is unable to see him. But she sees the package of money he left near the window.
- Niam comes and calls his mom for water. Suhana brings it. Niam's mom comes to ruin sweet moment again!!!!! She tells Niam to get some mithai for guests that are coming at night. Suhana says that she told her parents that she'll go meet them tonight. She leaves. Niam's mom tells Niam that Suhana went this morning and she wants to go again. Suhana is hearing all this.
- Gayatri opens the package. Money falls from it. Prakshit comes and asks her where did all this money came from. She tells him that Kartik came and left the money. She is worried about him. Prakshit tells her not to worry as the path they chose is right.
- Niam tells his mom that Suhana loves her parents a lot and they are alone and any daughter would want to help her parents. Niam's mom says that surely their bahu was cunning and that's why at this age they had to leave their house. She says that if tomorrow Suhana kicks them out of the house, would he do anything? Niam says that Suhana can't even think about that. Suhana is listening to all this.
- Prakshit leaves to give Kartik's money back.
- Neha is feeding Shubh (awwww!!!). He asks her how is mom and dad. She says they are fine and Kartik really takes care of them. Shubh says you don't even know how to lie. Neha tells him everything.
- Gaya stop Prakshit and says that Kartik will get worried if they give back the money. He says fine keep it safe in the cupboard.
Break
- Namrata is worried as to how she will give her salary to Adi. What should she tell him. Adi comes and she hides the money in tiffin. Adi tells her not to work and take rest. She tells Namrata and his saas to get ready as he got his first salary and they are all going out.
- Shubh tells Neha that Kartik bhaiya was wrong and that its just few days then he will take care of his mom and dad himself.
Break
- Gayatri is worried about Prakshit because he hasn't come home yet. Prakshit comes and Gayatri asks him where he went. Prakshit tells him that they both gave their lives to their kids and now he wants to start a new life. He shows her an admission form. He asks Gayatri to support him, Gayatri agrees.
- Kartik is crying and remembering his parents. A servant tells him not to wait for madam as she said she'll be late and that dinner is ready. Kartik goes to eat and remembers his mother waiting for him. He calls the servant and tells him that he doesn't like salt in his daal. Servant apologizes and says that so far his mother made his food so he didn't know, he'll remember it from now on. Kartik is hurt and remembers his mom. (poor guy!)
- Adi, Namrata, Suhana, Nams mom everyone's at Gayatri and Prakshit's house. They all are having fun. Praks and Gaya give their blessings to Adi. Suhana tells Adi that for a minute she thought they are giving their blessings to thier own son. Adi says that he is like thier son. Prakshit tells everyone that he wants to get educated and that he even got a an admission form. Everyone's shocked..
