i am pretty sure this has to be no one else but vasu herself.may be in childhood alekh has witnessed vasu murdering or harassing his grandfather and he saw everything and then she kicked the child and he fell from stairs as she wanted the property in her name and could be grandfather wanted in both sons name and she wanted her hold only on property

and now she is scaring alekh since his childhood not to disclose it to anyone and giving him medicine so that he is always scared of her

and this is going to be the biggest twist in the story

I was thinking that it would be chhoti ma.....whenever Alekh starts feelings beeter...something bad happens.....

But, the orignal popst made me think again...interesting........uss din Vasu kaherahethi Sadhna se...jasusi karne ki koi jarrurat nehi hain............hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, still i think it would be chhoti ma.......just matter of time ........................we will see her doosri roop.

hey guys. well, after seeing the episode, which came on, on the 24th July, i think that it is actually choti ma. i think she lied to sadhna about what happened with his grandfather and is hiding the truth from her; she was lookin' a little shifty too. oh well, we'll see what happens. i jus' hope they tell us soon. (:
