Kasturi is Robbie’s legal wife

Roobie is married with kasturi, this marriage full filled when, this thing was declared that raunak is died then he should claim for this, why don't you claim for this Robbie, one side you always said for kasturi, that she is your life and you can't live with out her, now you can also claim that she is your wife and now raunak torturing her and you can file a crime case against her.

Yea, that part confused me first Ro wanted Ka to divorce Ra and stay with him and now he is asking her to stay with him. Maybe it's because he feels guilty. But he should have atleast noticed Kasturi's behavior change towards Raunak, but he never trusts Kasturi, he lost her already because of this once and he is doing it again...

he trusts or not trust this is other issue dear, but robbie is legal husband of kasturi he can claim, if he really and care her, he should understand kasturi has gone made this tension and she wanted to live with robbie.

robbie's marriage performed after raunak's death declaration, this marriage covered by media also, and do you remember guys "devika ne kanyadan kiya tha" according to law in my best knowledge if (spouse) some one goes some where and he could not return with in 7 yrs. in that case we assume he or she no more be it he or she alive or not alive. and other spouse want to second marriage he or she can do and that marriage will be legal by law.

second is some one's spouse is dead and this thing is declare and in that case other spouse can do second marriage and this will be legal by law, and same thing happened in kasturi's case when every one came to know that raunak is no more, then robbie purpose her for marriage and she did such. i could not understand why he is not claiming that kasturi's is his wife.

if robbie doest not love to kasturi, its his wish he can deny to accept kasturi, but he can't force to kasturi go to raunak according to law. so if she want go to raunak in that case she have to take divorce from robbie.is robbie really and care kasturi.
