Can muggles learn magic??

I have a feeling that HP is actually true...even if its not, atleast the magical school does exist. And wizards learn there..but can only wizards and mudblood (sorry for using the term) learn magic??😆

But cant the muggles also learn magic if they try hard by their heart??? Anything written regarding this?😳

^^^I really hope its true...isnt anything about this written in HP books?? 😉 Hope there are magic schools too...Hogwarts is fictional thats what we have been told. But there can be other magic schools, which are just as nice as Hogwarts? 😃

i remember reading an interview of j.k rowling's where a fan asked her the same question.... and she said no.... muggles don't have the ability to learn magic

hey i know this topic was started long time back...I just wanna ask how is it decided who gets magical abilities and who don't??? Why can't muggles learn it??? it's very sad
